To everyone who is intending to come along for this Sunday's Walk, August 25th, the following IMPORTANT INFORMATION:-
9.30 Start
CHANGE OF CAR PARKING TO a bigger Car Park. (It makes no difference to the walk).
Park at the Old Woodhead Train Station Grid Ref SK 998 112

Directions:-
Go to A 616 and follow. Pass Langsett Reservoir to the big roundabout(Flouch)
Left on A628, Woodhead Road towards Manchester.
Note the turn off for Dunford Bridge. The Car Park is a further 1.7miles on your left. Difficult to spot as it is a narrow entrance and may have cones at the top, but it is open.
